Reserve Here: Winter Hike Trails 18 & 19
Length: 2.5 miles / 4.5 miles
Difficulty: Trail 18 is easy with one small scramble at the beginning of hike. Trail 19 is moderately difficult, trail goes straight up from Silver Lake Outlet stream to Park Road.
Meeting Place: Two options: meet us at the Perry Entrance at 9:45am or meet us at Trail 19 Trailhead, between Mt. Morris Entrance and Perry Entrance.

Bring: Headlamp, warm layered clothing, gloves, hat and any emergency medication.
MICROSpikes recommended if light snow or ice. We'll have them to rent for $10 if you don't have a pair. Snowshoes if snow is 6+ inches or deeper, and are $20 to rent. Headlamps also available to rent for $10. All rental prices can be applied to purchase same day as rental.
Please leave home: Alcohol (prohibited in the park without a permit), pets (darkness, slippery conditions)

Kisel Point Hike (T18) & Gibsonville Hike (T19)
Join the Trail Otter Gang for our 3rd Winter Hike . Meet either at the Perry Entrance at 9:45am, or at the trailhead on Park Road between the Mt. Morris Entrance and Perry Entrance (closer to Perry Entrance) by 9:50am to sign waivers and start hiking by 10am. Trail 18 is mostly flat except the beginning that takes us up to the top of the peninsula. Great views of the Genesee River and a remodeled shelter. Trail 19 takes us along the Silver Lake Outlet and up a heart pounding hill to Park Road. Choose to do only Trail 18 or both. A great hike for beginner and experienced hikers.
